Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
- Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled and refunded. In this case you will receive the refund within 5-7 business days from the cancellation of your order.
- In case of cancellation, less applicable bank charges of 2.5%, services tax 10% of the bank charges and excess of 0.3% of service tax. Please note that, we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website and our channel partners.
- In case product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and drop an email at (support email id) for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 5 days from the delivery date in the original packaging. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
- Days Return Policy: Product (s) return won’t be accepted if it has exceeded 5 days from the date of delivery. The product should be bought from our website and our channel partners. Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts, freebies (if any) and a copy of original invoice to receive the refund. We will process the refund after receiving the product (s) at our warehouse.
- Incorrect items received: In case you have received an item (s) that is different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the correct item right away and collect the wrong item (s) from you at your convenience. In such cases the customer has to notify the Electrofy support team via email or call within one day from the date of delivery of the product (s).
- If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we in our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
